In a move to enhance student career prospects, Rift Valley Institute of Business Studies (RVIBS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the E4IMPACT Foundation.
The partnership will open doors for RVIBS students to access employment opportunities abroad, attachment programs, and entrepreneurial support.
The MOU outlines several strategic initiatives aimed at empowering students and fostering innovation such as job linkages abroad, incubation of innovations & talents, Curriculum development, community outreach & empowerment as well as the establishment of an Entrepreneurship hub.

The partnership between RVIBS & E4IMPACT will see RVIBS students get employment support for opportunities abroad.
The agreement was officially signed on Thursday, February 6, 2025, by Professor Mario Molteni, CEO of E4IMPACT Foundation, and John Gitau, Chair of the RVIBS Council. Witnessing the event were RVIBS team led by Principal Percy Kihumba and David Cheboryot, Director of Entrepreneurship Centers.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Professor Molteni emphasized the importance of equipping students with entrepreneurial and professional skills that meet global standards.
Mr. Gitau echoed this sentiment, stating that the partnership is a milestone in bridging the gap between education and employment.
