Rift Valley Institute of Business Studies (RVIBS) invites qualified and reputable companies to submit bids for the design, printing, installation, and rental of materials to publicize the KIEP-SKIES Cohort 1 & 2 Graduation Ceremony.

Scope of Work

1. Coloured 8-Page A4 Hard-Cover-with-UV Booklets – Printed on 170gsm art paper.
2. Backdrop Banner – Design and printing of a 2.5m x 3.5m banner.
3. Telescopic Banner – Design and printing of a 4.5m x 75cm banner.
4. Normal Banners – Artwork and printing of 16 pieces, each 2m x 1.2m (Portrait).
5. Street Pole Advertising – Installation and one-month rental of 16 street poles between Nakuru State House and Total Roundabout (Koren).

Requirements

Bidders must:

1. 1. Be KRA compliant.
   2. Be a registered company.
   3. Demonstrate technical capacity to deliver the required services.
   4. Authenticate their quotations by signing and stamping all documents.
