RVIBS Hosts Free Medical Camp to Provide Healthcare Services to the Public

RVIBS is holding a free medical camp for Nakuru residents Friday May 26, 2023 at the college’s Maina Campus starting at 9am.

In a bid to support the healthcare needs of the local community, Rift Valley Institute of Business Studies (RVIBS) College will be hosting a free medical camp on Friday, May 26, 2023.

The camp aims to offer essential medical services to students, staff, and members of the public, with a team of dedicated medical specialists ready to provide their expertise.

RVIBS College’s School of Health and Applied Sciences has spearheaded this initiative, recognizing the importance of accessible healthcare for the well-being of the community.

The medical camp will feature a diverse group of professionals, including doctors and other specialists, who will be present to attend to the general public.

With the collaboration of esteemed organizations such as the Kenya Red Cross Society and the United Cultural Empowerment and Social Community Organization – Africa (UCESCO – Africa), RVIBS aims to ensure individuals receive comprehensive and quality healthcare services.

Samuel Karanja, the Head of the School of Health & Applied Sciences at RVIBS, expressed enthusiasm for the event, stating, “We have assembled a highly skilled team of medical professionals who are dedicated to serving the needs of the general public.”

The free medical camp will commence at 9 am and continue until 5 pm, providing a valuable opportunity for individuals to receive medical services free.
