In the faculty, we train students on how to design and make clothes, household items, and fashion accessories such as bags, shoes, and jewelry.
We equip students with technical skills in the fashion, interior and event fields such as fabric printing, art design, pattern drafting, textile science, fashion illustration, soft furnishing, painting among others.
Our fashion design department’s main activity is to observe fashion trends to predict for consumers, choosing a theme for designs and collections, participating in fashion shows with design and finding market for designs as well as creating prototype or models and coordinating academic departmental activities.
We also have some academic trips which we involve our students to ensure that they also get the exposure of moving out of school and see what the industry requires from them.
