An intensive program designed to equip the students with the key fundamentals of managing Housekeeping, Laundry & Front office operations in the hospitality industry. Theoretical and practical training are combined to enable the trainees gain valuable insights into the norms, values and processes used in the hospitality industry which focuses on ensuring quality service delivery to its customers. Available in Diploma /Certificate levels.

            Food and Beverage   Course

An intensive program designed to equip the students with the key fundamentals of managing the ever vibrant food production and service sector within the hospitality industry. Theoretical and practical training are combined to enable the trainees gain valuable insights into the norms, values and processes of the food production and service sector. Available in Diploma /Certificate/Artisan levels.
